1. Introduction

The Website is owned and operated by Einkorn Ltd, a company registered in England.
By booking or participating in any course offered through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy contained within this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or book a course.
2. Services Provided
Einkorn Ltd provides in-person sourdough baking courses. All bookings are for single-session, one-off course events. No user accounts are required.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be 14 years of age or older. By booking, you confirm that all attendees meet this requirement.
4. Bookings and Payment
- Payment is made as a one-off fee at the time of booking.
- Prices may change at any time prior to purchase.
- A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
- You must notify us at least 1 month (30 days) before your course date if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
- Requests made with less than 1 month’s notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- If sufficient notice is given, you may choose between a refund or transferring to a different available date.
- Failure to attend a course (“no-show”) results in no refund
If Einkorn Ltd cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to move to another session.
6. Food, Lunch & Dietary Requirements
A set lunch is provided as part of the course.
Major dietary changes will not be accommodated, including gluten-free, vegan, or highly specialised diets. Participants with strict dietary needs should bring or arrange their own food.
7. Participant Responsibilities & Safety Requirements
To ensure hygiene and safety:
- No jewellery, watches, bracelets, or rings may be worn during the course.
- Suitable footwear (closed-toe, non-slip) is required.
- Short sleeves are preferred.
- Participants must follow all instructor guidance.
Einkorn Ltd may remove any participant who poses a safety risk or repeatedly fails to follow instructions. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Health & Allergies
Please tell us in advance about any allergies or medical conditions. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, images, and recipes remain the property of Einkorn Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- engage in unlawful activities;
- disrupt or interfere with the Website;
- copy or commercially exploit course materials.
11. Disclaimer
All course information, demonstrations, and materials are for general educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Maximum liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.
