The Mastery Sourdough Masterclass is the ultimate course in the Einkorn sourdough series. It is the perfect finishing point after Foundation and Core, created for bakers who want to stretch their skill and understand dough at a deeper level.
Over six immersive hours, you will make a rosemary and olive crown, a wholemeal rye loaf and a rich chocolate and cherry sourdough. Each loaf introduces a different challenge, from decorative shaping to working with rye and enriching dough with inclusions.
You will leave with three baked loaves, three doughs to bake at home, proofing baskets, equipment and detailed notes. It is a generous, hands-on day that completes the full sourdough progression.
