The Core Sourdough Masterclass is the natural progression from our Foundation course. It is designed for bakers who understand the basics and are ready to build greater confidence with fermentation, dough handling and shaping.
Across five practical hours, you will make our signature light wholemeal sourdough and a deeply comforting porridge oat loaf. We will look closely at how flour, hydration, temperature and time work together, so you can make confident decisions rather than simply follow a recipe.
You will leave with two baked loaves, two doughs to bake at home and a generous set of tools and notes. Core gives you the skill and understanding that bridges Foundation and our ultimate Mastery course.
