Our Focaccia Masterclass is a relaxed three-hour introduction to naturally leavened baking. You will learn how to create an airy, golden focaccia with a crisp base, an open crumb and plenty of flavour.

We mix, fold, ferment, shape and dimple the dough together, talking through every decision in simple, practical terms. You will see how hydration, time and handling create that light texture without making the process feel complicated.

You will leave with a freshly baked focaccia, another prepared to bake at home, a baking tray, sourdough starter and clear course notes. The class is entirely vegan.

No. We provide ingredients, equipment and aprons. Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes.
